All hat, no cattle" is a piece of straight-shootin' Texas wisdom. It's the polite way of saying someone's all talk, no action — all style, no substance. But worn as a patch, it flips the script. It's a badge of self-awareness, a wink to anyone who knows the difference between looking the part and living it. Wear it as a humble reminder to stay grounded, or as a gentle jab at the posers you run into along the way.
