What is your turnaround time?

All transfers are either RTS (ready-to-ship) or have an “arriving by” date in the description. RTS orders ship out within 3 BUSINESS days of orders. We do not partially ship items. If your order contains RTS and Pre-Orders, the order will ship within 72 BUSINESS hours of the last Pre-Order arriving.

For large site sales, please allow an extra business day or two extension. 

How do I apply your transfers?

Press at 325 degrees for 7-10 seconds on regular transfers.

If transfers are labeled “HIGH HEAT” application instructions are 350 degrees for commercial heat presses and 375 for other brands (normally Amazon purchases) for 7-10 seconds. 

DTF/Sublimation Prints - pressing instructions are on each listing as well as on the pressing card included in each order. Videos of pressing each transfer type can be found under pinned posts on our FB group.

All of our transfers will come with a pressing instruction card. I highly recommend pressing pillows and an infrared thermometer to see what temperature your press is actually pressing at. 

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns unless prints have a flaw. We do not cancel orders once placed. If we cancel your order, there is a 20% restocking fee.

While we do our best to accommodate everyone if we can, we have a way of processing orders that makes adding on and canceling difficult. Please contact me if there is an issue and we will do our best to help.

Please note that DTF prints are printed as received. Screen prints and DTF prints are done in CYMK color formatting. The color you see on the screen may vary from the color that prints. We do not offer refunds for variations from screen to print as each digital screen will vary.

Where are you located?

Our office is located at 90 Beach Walk Blvd in Conroe, Texas. We do not hold set business hours. If you are picking up an order - please email us to verify someone will be at the office.

In general, we are there M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm.
